Native Educational Endeavors, Inc. is the brainchild of a group of concerned and motivated academics and attorneys. NEE was formally incorporated under the Laws of South Dakota in 2005. As of 2007, NEE acquired 501(c)(3) non-profit status with the Internal Revenue Service.
